    The following communication methods are currently used to provide information to project stakeholders.

Email subscriptions - subscribe to receive project updates.
   
Project
Letters
  21st Century Project Letters announce updates on project tasks and activities and are published on the web site as they are released. An email alert is sent via established email distribution lists to alert stakeholders of new letters.

   
Meetings
and
Updates
 

Stakeholder meetings are scheduled on an ongoing basis. Meetings are announced via 21st Century Project Letters, and online enrollment is available at that time. Summaries and/or PowerPoint presentations are provided on the Meetings and Presentations area of this web site.

Project updates are also routinely provided to the Personnel Payroll Review Committee, the Transactions Supervisors Forum, the Ad Hoc Committee on Personnel, and the Labor Relations Forum.

   
Department Liaison  

The project's communications strategy calls for establishing a "Department Liaison" at each state department and agency.

   
Liaison List Identifies the liaison and a back-up for each department that has provided this information to the project.
Add/Change Form Departments that would like to add or change information can as staff or responsibilities change.

    Letters to Liaisons: 21st Century Project Letters are posted to this web site, and an email is sent to the Department Liaison email distribution list as new liaison information is available. Project letters specific to liaisons are listed below:
